Credit card
At the time of purchase, customers can use their credit card as a payment method, through the Paypal circuit.
Purchases can be made via Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We invite you to visit www.paypal.it for more information.
Customers are sent a transaction confirmation code via e-mail. Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase even in the case of a pre-order (items made to order) although the shipment of these items takes place later in the season.
Bank transfer
By choosing the "BANK TRANSFER" payment method, the customer automatically sends an order request to "Cityfrogs.it", using the iban code IT 03 O 01030 39060 000000659378 in the name of CITY FROG DI PIERAGOSTINI FABRIZIO & C. S.A.S., indicating in the reason the code of the item / s purchased. This order request is confirmed by an e-mail sent by the "Cityfrogs.it" customer service. The goods are then set aside pending the arrival of the transfer to our account. The customer is required to send a copy of the payment by e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation.
If within this period "Cityfrogs.it" does not receive a copy of the payment, it will cancel the order.
We will ship the order when the transfer has reached our bank account and as soon as the goods are available in our warehouse.
Payment: Paypal
By choosing the PAYPAL payment method, the customer can pay directly through his Paypal account. "Cityfrogs.it" reserves the right to ship the goods to the address indicated on the account verified by Paypal.
We would like to remind our new customers that "Cityfrogs.it" can ask Paypal to verify the transaction, even by contacting the counterparty bank, before the customer's credit card is actually charged. This verification could cause some delay in the shipment of your first order.
Cash on delivery
If you choose to use 'CASH ON DELIVERY' as a method, payment is made on delivery in cash with an additional cost of 5.00 euros.You can also pay cash on delivery up to a total of 1,999.00 euros.
CONDITIONS CONCERNING THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, PAYMENT METHODS
Following the operation, the Customer can proceed to request a quote for the products he is interested in, choosing the payment method from those proposed and accepted by "Cityfrogs.it", indicating the delivery method of the chosen product and, finally , indicating their personal data necessary for shipping and billing. "Cityfrogs.it" reserves the right to accept only orders from individuals who have reached the age of majority and who are in possession of a tax code and / or VAT number (or equivalent data in the case of non-resident individuals in Italy). As regards the payment methods, "Cityfrogs.it" accepts the payment of purchases by:

Payment by bank transfer must be made within 48 working hours.
The shipment will be made when the amount has been transferred to our bank account, to make this faster you can also send us the CRO of the transaction.
